What we collect.

If you book a call, Calendly passes us your name, email and anything you add to the booking form. If you email us, we receive your message and address.

Why.

To reply to you, hold the call you booked and follow up about the work you asked about. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps toward a contract at your request.

How long.

Enquiries that don't become work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Who else sees it.

Calendly (booking) and Google Workspace (email) process data for us under their own terms. Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Your rights.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing fida@novaauteur.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies.

This site sets no tracking cookies and loads nothing from other companies: fonts, images and films are served from our own host. Book a call opens Calendly's own site in a new tab, where Calendly's privacy policy applies.
